Who we are
This website and newsletter belong to Scott Trefaller, REALTOR® with Silvercreek® Realty Group, 1099 S Wells St, Meridian, ID 83642. For questions about your information, contact Scott at scotttrefaller@gmail.com or (208) 371-7975.
Information you give us
- Contact and home value requests: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in your message. It goes to Scott so you get a reply.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and first name. You’ll get an email asking you to confirm before you’re added.
We use this information only to answer you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to help with your real estate questions and plans.
The newsletter
Newsletters are sent with SendGrid, an email delivery service. To learn which topics readers find useful, we count when a newsletter is opened and which links are clicked. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
Cookies and visit counts
This website doesn’t use cookies, and it doesn’t use advertising or tracking services such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel. To know how many people visit, our server counts page views without storing your IP address or anything else that identifies you. We keep only the page you viewed, the website or link that brought you here, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. Because nothing is tracked, your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting doesn’t change anything here.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. It’s shared only with the service providers that run this website and newsletter (web hosting and email delivery), who may use it only to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Links to other websites
Some links, such as the home search and social media pages, go to websites run by others. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Your choices
We keep your information only as long as it’s needed to help you or as the law requires. To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us, just contact Scott at scotttrefaller@gmail.com.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
